  Developer in the SmartMetropolis research project, from Instituto Metrópole Digital (IMD-UFRN), focused on designing solutions for smart cities. Early on, I was involved in improving and integrating REST APIs and existing mobile apps. I'm currently collaborating on the development of a microservice-oriented Spring application, focused on public safety. In addition to the Spring platform for backend development, I'm working with RabbitMQ for asynchronous communication between services, PostgreSQL for data persistence along with Docker for fast and efficient deployment.   I was engaged in the research project "Implementation of Machine Learning Techniques to Identify Faults of Null Pointer Exceptions in Java".The purpose of this project was to make use of existing Machine Learning (ML) algorithms to develop a program that is capable of detecting Null Pointer Exceptions before running the Java source code. The main objective of this project was to introduce freshman students of the Information Technology course to mathematical demonstrations, not to mention problem solving techniques, related to these disciplines.
