• My role consisted of actioning client requests from amending their home loans, changing direct debits, applying interest rates and verifying documents ready for processing. • I came into a team where SLA’s were important to meet and from the time i was there the team were able to bring their SLA down to the requirement that was set by management. This was a big achievement as teamwork played a crucial role in this. • When verifying documents it was important to be diligent and make sure all the checks were made to ensure that what i was approving met with the rules and regulations set. Its also in the best interest of the customer to make sure their investments are safe. • Customer service was important whilst processing applications as i needed to make sure that what i was doing was to the best of my ability and giving the customer the experience they expected from ING. • My role changed after 3 months and I was seconded out as part of a remediation project where I was investigating accounts that were affected by system issues. I was chosen for this role due the the experience I gathered in the team I joined ING with. Show less
