I have had the pleasure to work with Dan for over a year in the medical esthetics industry. Dan lead the digital/web services department and I was a part of the creative department. We worked together each day as we launched numerous websites to reach the clientele of each product. Dan's level of commitment and attention to detail allowed the launch of sites to be streamlined and delivered consistently on time. Dan's ability to lead and manage a team through an overhaul of the companies physician and patient-facing websites in a smooth and seamless process is one of the biggest accomplishments of his work. He strategically worked to collect data on end users to facilitate the companies ability to adapt to market need.

I couldn't have asked for a better manager than Daniel Schultz. I was brought on as a Junior Developer reporting directly to Dan with the intent to be trained on the job, and the level of patience Dan showed with me was outstanding. I never felt that a question was too small to ask. His level of understanding of PHP, JS, and database structuring helped him explain things on a level that could be easily understood by someone like me with little experience. When working on a project and I started to feel overwhelmed, Dan showed me the best ways to break down large tasks into smaller, more manageable tasks which is now how I approach large problems. I can credit a lot of my better programming habits to Dan. While Dan is an excellent programmer and has great ability to solve difficult problems quickly, Dan's greatest strength, to me, was with building a strong team dynamic within our small dev team. Dan did a fantastic job in creating a fun, relaxed environment, while also supporting us with any project that we were working on when the situation arose. Dan led by example, was always very professional, and would be a huge asset to any company in need of his skillset.
