I am a harsh critic but Dan exceeded my expectations on a recent refinance. He did an exceptional job explaining various frustrating steps in the process, including several well written emails that clarified the issues and offered sound, reasoned advice. I can be very a very difficult client (stubborn, emotional...) and Dan did an amazing job maintaining his composure while I was losing mine. I would absolutely recommend Dan; he was extremely thorough, professional, and in my case, patient!
