In 2018, I took over a new area, the Coordination of Power Supply Maintenance Teams, as Coordinator of these two areas (signaling system and power supply), I have the responsibility to ensure the availability of Signaling and Electrical systems, a fact that has been achieved with the application of the PDCA methodology (seeking continuous improvement of processes and staff). I am responsible for negotiations with suppliers in strategic forums, aiming to meet the Dealer's expectations and mitigate the possibility of undue complaints. Main responsibilities in the Electronics area: o Manage the processes and staff of the railway signaling maintenance area (IMUX - Alstom proprietary technology), in a layout with 11 signaled domains and a Yard for restoration (emergency calls), preventive and corrective maintenance; o Manage the processes and team of the road signal maintenance area (technology integrated with Otimus, a proprietary system by Kapsch and used by the Rio de Janeiro Operations Center), in a route with approximately 80 intersections with a direct impact on the VLT in which refers to restoration (emergency care), preventive and corrective maintenance; o Completely manage contracts below R$500,000.00; and o Plan and manage the budget (above R$ 2MM). Main responsibilities in the area of Electromechanics: o Manage the processes and staff in the maintenance area of rectifier substations and APS (supplied through the ground - Alstom proprietary technology) with regard to restoration (emergency calls), preventive and corrective maintenance; o Plan and manage the area's expense budget (above R$ 2MM); o Completely manage contracts below R$500,000.00 (eg maintenance of air conditioning in e-houses, technical cleaning of e-houses, certification of groundings, etc.); Show less
