Chef Daniel Rosen is hands down one of the best chefs that has ever made me a meal and is also a great man. Always accommodating to my needs in the kitchen and also my fraternity brothers! You’re the best!

My husband and I took a pasta-making class at Star Academy in Philly with Chef Dan and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Dan was a knowledgeable, engaging and enthusiastic instructor. Right from the start, Dan told us what to inspect and then showed us the steps. We made our own pasta dough, rolled it out and then cut noodles, fettuccine, lasagna, oricchitti, and ravioli. We rolled and cut gnocchi. While we worked, Chef Dan created fabulous tomato sauces and a mushroom cream sauce and served us lunch. The gnocchi was divine! We took home our own pasta dough and noodles. We learned a lot and Dan made the class fun!
