  TWL Nuclear Cell Leader, reporting to the Operations Manager with overall responsibility for the production and on time delivery of Nuclear related products including daily management of all operational activities within the manufacturing assembly area. The main objectives in this role includes achieving full utilisation within all areas of responsibility, understanding and meeting scheduled workload, maintaining job booking accuracy, supporting output forecast and forecast process, achieving zero lost time accidents, maintaining a high level of housekeeping, supporting shipping process and manufacturing improvement projects. Leading a cell support team comprising of a Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Engineer and Planner it is also my role of responsibility to ensure adherence to daily planning updates within the Master Scheduling Plan, best procedures for total compliance in the Quality process and using best working practices in product improvements, product assembly processes to cut lead times and cell layout. Additional responsibilities include owning and maintaining a weekly Cell KPI where cell utilization, cell efficiency, cell bookings and over runs, absences and holidays are reviewed and reported to higher Management. General HR activities also fall under this remit as does HS & E Audits. Show less
