He can communicate with anyone even though he doesnt know his language, fully motivated and supportive. It was my first day of working as an Engineer, i was very new to the cite, he didnt hesitate to teach and support me anytime, even he was a experienced and master of work, without offending other people, he tried to teach them the intricacies of the business.
