Develop and improve the Supply Chain to assure the lowest value of the stock without compromising the execution of the batches compromised with the costumer. Redo the planning depending on new and last minute necessities. Improve processes in order to reduce time and cost of operations in human, technical, material and energy resources. I’m used to work in very competitive environments dealing daily with a multidisciplinary group organizing their tasks to comply with the production and sales program. In my background, I have experience handling 70 people and between my skills I am an expert in industrializing new products from R+D to the Pilot Plant and from the Pilot Plant to the Production Plant. Handle 70 people to match sales forecast. Coordinate 10 Technicians to improve processes and reduce costs in logistics, synthesis and workforce. During this step of my career, I was in charge of changing the Management of the Production Department, adapting the Spanish processes to the Mexican ones. The procedure to comply with the instructions coming directly from the CEO of the company was making a consultancy job initially to detect problems and non-working parts of the actual system, analyze the results to detect the main gaps and bottlenecks and design a plan for the improvement of the non-efficient processes. My main duty was achieving the sales plan and comply the customers receiving dates for their orders. During this “change process”, I had to modify, not only the management system of the Production department, but also the ones directly related with it as QA, Shipping, Maintenance, Warehousing… The achievements were reported to the Operations Director of Mexico and the CEO of the company.
