  - Received a promotion which put me over a department with three 24/7 continuous polymer lines that lead into spinning/stretching operations. One line is a new multi-million-dollar joint venture that has been running only two years and still has required troubleshooting.- Manage up to 60+ associates daily through regular operations, troubleshooting, and new processes for the three polymerization/spinning lines. Associates include operators, crew managers, and engineers.- Working through several different capex projects for regular maintenance improvement and sustainability/recycling. - As with my old position on call 24/7 and have helped troubleshoot line issues whether over the phone or going into the plant off hours and weekends.   -Overlooking the processing and quality of four continuous polyethylene terephthalate (PET) process lines for the plant.-Work with operators and technicians to manage quality of product being produced and troubleshoot the different processing issues that come up while running the lines.-Research projects which can improve the overall process and energy sustainability of the lines. Once the right projects have been found I work with engineering and implementation of them.
