I hired Daniel at a time when LVC was just beginning to explore digital video technology, and needed someone that could work with and adapt to a quickly changing business plan that really consisted of mostly R&D while the company found its way in the digital space. Daniel did a fantastic job with that need, working with little supervision when needed and always willing to learn or try something new in order to get the job done. He was also a great team player with a team that included non-developers. He always has a knack for presenting or explaining very technical things to a non-technical crowd. Daniel would be a great addition to any team!

This position involved the understanding of information in disparate company systems, and developing standards for handling and connecting very different types of data (hard-copy video information, digital instantiations of hard-copies, state standards, educational concepts and teaching methods). I led or played a key role in design and implementation of several internal and external projects, from design through execution, test, and deployment.
