      This job required I had 30 hours of online training to understand all technology from phones to computers to home audio this gave me the knowledge on all new technology that has released. The selling portion of the job was super easy and taught me a lot on body language and certain verbal communication I should listen and watch for.       This job is my first real retail experience I worked there for a year and some and the information I have learned was very helpful from upselling and using key strategies to keep my sales numbers always on top I was promoted and put into a management position almost immediately I have proven myself to be good at sales and presenting myself in a way that kept my sales on top.
