I have worked for Prospect Training Services (PTS) for 17 years, starting at the bottom and working my way to the top, learning every aspect of the business along the way. While gaining my teaching and management (level 7) qualifications, I worked across and managed all areas of the business from reception to teaching, to managing the recruitment agency. I have successfully bid for and managed government funded contracts totalling £30m through the LSC, European Social Fund and Job Centre contracts/DWP, SFA, EFA & YPLA covering age groups from 13-65+, which have been county/region wide. The contracts involved working with NEET learners, unemployed and employed adults, on study programmes, traineeships, apprenticeships, Job Centre Work Programmes, ESF & private training. We have delivered successfully to over 55,000 individuals and have consistently hit contractual performance targets throughout tenure. (Starts, Qualifications and Job Outcomes). I have been a part of 4 Ofsted inspections, all of which have resulted in a minimum of Grade 2. Over the last 6 years, I have directed Prospect Digital (PTS’ digital arm) developing our own digital studio, working with clients to manage their requirements across the UK and internationally in the USA and China. I manage a team of instructional designers, eLearning writers, graphic designers, coders, teachers, editors, subject matter experts, eLearning developers, animators and web developers. I have invented, designed and implemented a number of innovative products from initial concept to final publication, of which you can see in the accomplishments below. Show less
