Allowing individuals to recognise and demonstrate their effectiveness, self-awareness and self-esteem; career readiness, e.g. career planning and decision making; and educational outcomes, e.g. improved attendance and attainment. Using written, modelled, or diagrammed instruction and visual media, the supported individual perceives, analyses, and understands visual information in the world around them, essentially with the mind's eye. Visualisation is important in assessing strengths, values, beliefs, and situations and connecting in a realisation and actualisation process. SPAT/AL works with companies in STEAMD (science, technology, engineering, the arts, math and design technologies) labour markets; to neuro-diversify the environment and workforce.
