1. Provide training for schools on PEAS network wide Education initiatives and priorities:- Delivering training for school leaders and teachers at national and/or regional workshops and conferences.- Offering on-going school-based support (e.g. lesson observations, meetings, training sessions, coaching) for teachers and school leaders to ensure that learning from training sessions is implemented.- Monitoring, collate, analyse and report the impact of specific PEAS-wide education programmes or initiatives (curriculum, pedagogy, child protection, co-curricular, educational leadership, administration and community engagement etc.) at individual schools and within specified clusters or regions 3. Monitoring and reporting:- Responsible for monitoring the implementation and impact of various PEAS Uganda education initiatives at individual schools and at cluster level.- Create timely, accurate and evaluative reports for Regional Advisers and the Education Manager to enable tracking of specific and general quality education initiatives including evaluations of impact at school.
