Few people have the opportunity to report to a manager who is also a coach and mentor—but I did when I worked for Dan while he was a Team Leader and subsequently Recruitment Manager at Just IT. During my time working alongside him I was above all impressed with his wealth of knowledge in recruitment but also his genuine passion for his clients. By really getting to know his clients, he was able to fully understand their requirements and set himself apart from other recruitment consultants to find the ideal candidate for any role he was recruiting for.
