      During my time as an onsite Audio Visual Technician my responsibilities were the maintenance of the audio visual equipment onsite as well as conducting Live events in the auditorium and video conferences remotely.       As a senior VNOC operator I am responsible for remotely setting up, monitoring and troubleshooting live Telepresence calls. Working as a helpdesk we scheduled conferences and chased information needed to book the calls. We also gave advice to customers on how they could set up their video conferences. We worked closely with sales and account managers, on boarding customers as well as ensuring sites were tested with the MGC Bridge.
