I was in charge of a house in Texcoco, MX where I was responsible for keeping the house maintenance, going to the market, taking care of bills, and making sure the young men were going to their jobs and classes. I was a group leader for groups that would come from the USA to visit the institution. While leading I had to make sure work projects were completed, participants were safe, I had to translate for participants and I was a 'tour guide' in México City. As the leader I would have to take the responsibilities for my team and make sure the week went smoothly and that issues were resolved AS WELL AS making sure that materials we created were up to par with the quality that was expected of us.
