Helped manage Award Fee that consisted of developing slide shows, updating the award fee excel spreadsheet, and communicating effectively with other programs to gather information to present in Award Fee meetings. I helped develop and review CDRLs. This consist of researching and selecting active DIDs on ASSIST database for the PWS/SOW requirement, ensuring the correct Mandatory CDRLs are being used, data rights language is correct, and answering other CDRL questions. Special Project Assistant
-
Aug 2017 - Apr 2019
I worked at Lee University in the Leonard Center as the Special Project Assistant to one of the Dean’s. My main responsibility is overseeing Lee’s on-campus food bank. I have a plethora of responsibilities on multiple coordination efforts as well as keeping the organization in good standing with our partners, oversee student workers, ensuring vehicle maintenance stays up to date and safe. This job has allowed me to assess this organization and make changes that have saved them money and increased process efficiencies. Another responsibility I had was developing weekly reports, turning in monthly food bank totals, and creating new partnerships with grocery store donors. My biggest accomplishments during my time at Lee were: saving money by finding volunteer drivers, developing a paperless process for students to scan ID cards, and getting a new grocery store donor that increased our monthly food bank totals drastically.

What… Transition Furniture is committed to helping people & families who have had great loss in a house fire, natural disasters, or are moving into housing out of homelessness. Why… tragedy is often unavoidable and rarely is anyone prepared. Furniture and belongings seem irreplaceable and many do not know where to turn or who to turn to. We exist to assist those who experience these tragedies and who have no direct path for restoration. We help them transition.
