  Overview: Video, OTT, Content Distribution, CDN, WebApps, Customer Integration, Content Creation I came on board in the start-up phase of the company and since then set the technical roadmap for our products. We started with a proprietary web-application to distribute video and create our own custom OTT WebTV. After also successfully integrating the app in a few clients, we decided to launch the development of a scalable multi-account platform (globalmest.com) that integrates various APIs and services (Akamai, ElementalTechnologies, Matomo, ...). The new platform is robust, scalable and offers a feature-set that allowed us to provide services to clients like 'Radio Television Murcia' (7tvregiondemurcia.es), Sevilla FC, PSOE (webtv.psoe.es), SATSE (webtv.enfermeriatv.es), ... to name a few. At this point of development GlobalStudio was acquired by Grupo HENNEO (henneo.es) to add our products to their portfolio. We also assisted with implementing a OTT solution in heraldo.es and 20minutos.es. Our knowledge in media streaming and video-centered development allowed us to go a step further and start to create specialized applications to create video content in the cloud. As part of the digital transformation strategy in heraldo.es and backed by a grand from Google DNI, our team built a cloud-based online video-editor that has since then allowed journalists and social-media teams to create quality content fast. Since then the team, which I am fortunate to lead, has been pushing the possibilities of multimedia content creation for the professional sector. Understanding the needs of our clients and implementing practical and solid solutions in an agile manner is our teams primary concern. Show less
