      Managing a team who’s goal is to maximize the software adaption for thousands of business users. I am supporting my team by providing various sorts of user activity dashboards, DB integrations, segmentation, and communication strategies to ensure the right messages get to the right people. The thousands of customer interactions per month gave me the opportunity to advocate their needs within our organization, so I’ve kept close to the Product teams, making sure all customer needs are met with proper solutions.
