The Recruitment Guys founders, Myself and Samuel McLeod started working on the business in 2012 and have launched the fixed fee recruitment model to cover the whole of Manchester and its surrounding areas. Utilising the hiring facilities available to many Employers isn’t as simple as matching an applicant with technical skills and job experience. It is important to build a diverse team, which enables members to provide insights and bring a combination of skills to create a developing dynamic work ethic, within a positive learning environment.
