Cape Lambert Port B Karratha This project entailed installing water pipelines which tie in from the existing water main to feed a water tank. The process water pumpstation then distributes water to the site via a series of underground mains. A recycled water system then collects water from siltation pits and sumps and feeds back into the tank. The potable water line provides water to various facilities located around the site. Power, comms & control cable were installed across the site for instruments and facilities • Project Engineer • 2.6ML water tank installation • HV cable and conduit installation • LV cable and conduit installation • Fibre optic installation • Comms/control cable and conduit installation • MSCL/HDPE installation for potable water • Carbon steel/HDPE installation for Process water • Installation of Recycled water line, siltation pits & sumps • Installation of firewater Hydrants/booster stations • Process water pumpstation civil & mechanical works • Hot tap work for MSCL water line • Civil & earthworks • Pricing Variations • Material ordering • commissioning Solomon – Installation of composite services Installing 22k of diesel, raw water pipelines & fibre optic lines which ran from a diesel fuel farm to crushing hubs, ore processing facilities, a break tank and raw water storage facility • 1ML water break tank installation • Fibre Optic installation • Installation of dam Lining for raw water storage • QA on welding done for Logstor carbon steel diesel pipe leak detection system • QA on 22K of Galv/HDPE pipe and instrumentation • Process water pumpstation civil & mechanical works • Installation of diesel accumulators • Pricing Variation work • Civil & earthworks • Pricing Variations • Material ordering • Integration of the diesel leak detection system, water break tank & diesel accumulator • Commissioning of the RWSF • MDR compilation Show less
