Recruited, implemented, and developed a World-Class IT organization for LNG plant and pipeline construction and operations in Peru. Negotiated cost-effective SAP and network outsourcing, international WAN, and mobile and satellite base station contracts. Delivered highly automated and mobilized SAP system with FICO, HR, wireless warehouse, plant maintenance, and treasury advanced. Delivered IT and telecommunications solutions for pipeline, and LNG plant construction to USA, UK, five offices in Peru, and 11 simultaneous pipeline base camps along pipeline route crossing the Andes. Collaborated with business teams to design IT services and optimize total project IT budget of $14 million. • Delivered on-time and on-budget for overall $3.2 billion 42-month construction project and transitioned IT team into operations phase. • Recruited Peruvian IT team of 18 including three supervisors supporting SAP, applications, networking, servers, Geographical Information Systems (GIS), and document management. • Worked with Operations Technology (OT) Teams to allow secure reporting from pipeline SCADA and plant DCS and process control networks to corporate IT network • Implemented GIS based pipeline management system referencing all as-built drawings, operational and technical information. • Project GIS team earned Award of Excellence in GIS from Latin American ESRI Users Group.
