  Individual loan clients in designated areas of operation. b. Business counselling. Provides business counselling to clients and particular to those on subsequent loans. c. Orient Clients on VFT- MFB LIMITEDs’ product and process as per the set policies and loan documentation required. d. Conducting Business and Home verification to establish credit worthiness and verification of collateral. e. Open and maintain client’s files and ensure that all required information is filed according to the laid down policies. f. Guide the clients on filling and completing loan application forms, ensures that the forms are properly filled and affixed with clients’photos as required and that clients read and understand every loan form before filling. g. Compile loan document to a loan file with all required document as per credit policy and product book and Presents the loan file to the branch/Business center credit committee, is also a member of credit committee as per credit Manual. h. Coordinate with client and Business Center Manager on completion of Notice of deposit or Mortgage for clients who are required as per the credit policy. i. Responsible in ensuring that repayment of loans is done as per the agreed schedules and enforce zero tolerance policy to clients on loan repayment j. Immediate and close follows up on all delinquent loans to ensure on time repayment and file in CRM the delinquency procedure undertaken in compliant to credit Manual. k. Attend Individual loan customers visiting the office and as well as customer complain and other. l. Loan insurance fund. Follow-up with the branch manager on such claims to ensure settlements. Ensures that clients insurance claims are properly backed up have support documents and submitted to branch manager for approval. Show less
