@ Database and Data Mining Laboratory under Prof. Carson Leung • As a team of three, awarded the first prize in the nexus data science challenge presented by Bison transport using LSTM method and a greedy algorithm to balance the cumulative inbound, outbound freights. Developed using Python. • Analyzing various COVID-19 datasets, using Pandas and NumPy libraries to give an insight of the big picture about covid patient’s different conditions during covid time. • Build a neural network using auto-encoder and few shot learning technique to predict test result (binary) as well as hospitalization status (multi-class) on different datasets (Breast Cancer, Canadian covid symptoms and Brazilian blood test result). The auto-encoder offers improvement to the traditional learning models in terms of F1 score using our derived metric. Publication: - Carson K.
