The Reel Hope Project is all about mobilizing faith communities to bring foster kids into forever families through stories, connections and communities. Think of it like putting names and faces to the stories of foster kids. We make videos of kiddeos and share them with Minnesota faith communities. These videos connect what can be a complex and confusing process - adoption - with a hope filled and meaningful possibility through family. Pretty lucky - we get to tell short stories that make a huge difference! http://www.thereelhopeproject.org/

The heart of video is showing the beauty of a moment - and tying it back to the people that care. As a videographer I find these stories, capture these moments and share them in ways that quickly and meaningfully connect with the people that care. Business and Non-Profit storytelling takes social media - wherever people are - and connects their tribe with their mission. I film and edit engaging content - for use across digital platforms - that does just that. I have been privileged to tell story of Non-Profits, Weddings, Educational teams and people portraits and I would love to hear and share your story.

"Equipping leaders to impact the next generation" Youth Leadership has a heart for whole and healthy leaders - taking leadership seriously and making love practical. Through community trainings and events this organization plays an incredible role in impacting the leaders in every season of ministry. As the Marketing Intern I was able to work closely with a passionate team skilled in relationships and content. Relationship is exactly what Social Media is built on - so reaching our (often transient) demographic was critical and depended on assessing: who we reach and what they need. This internship developed marketing analytic skills and gave me opportunity to research new methods of SEO, content creation and copywriting - all targeted to an incredibly relational and event oriented client looking for what works.

Intermediate School District 287 is a leading education partner to Minnesota school districts and the premier provider of innovative educational support services. As an Education Assistant my goals are to set our students up for their personal success in the academic, family, community and ultimately independent spheres of their life. How? By being with them, knowing who they are from the inside out, and helping them set boundaries and meet goals that they want to or need to achieve. Education Assistant responsibilities start with the overall education of individual students based on an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) under the direction of the supervising teacher. The responsibility of the profession combined with the reward of the student and staff relationships and growth are irreplaceable parts of a challenging work. The team of Administration and Educators at Edgewood is an amazing group with compassion at the top of their qualities while maintaining an amazing professional learning community. Skills specific to this role: Being with people from all different walks of life and abilities from beginning to the end of the day. Teaming with lead teachers and support staff to meet objectives and see change in our students. Document and asses areas of our student's strengths and weaknesses to bring innovation to our students toward success in every walk of their life. Be active in assisting with crisis problems when our students need our support the most. Set up programs physical, digital, and educational that further our student's life learning.
