      In my role I make sure all Point of sale and stock is correct according to plan, I also plan and execute Range changes I.e. Replace last years stock with new stock when it comes into store in all areas of the store according to plan. Key Responsibilities Make sure Store is 100% according to plan Work within a small team and direct them how to change POS, Help with range changes etc. Actively make sure that the store is faced up for the next day. Make sure that pricing is correct within stores daily by printing new tickets everyday. Achievements I think working in this role has shown me that I do have some good Interpersonal skills and some leadership skills, I work within a team of 2 and they are pretty new to a role like this, so I have to communicate the things that they need to be able to execute a range change/promo plan for when I might not be there/to aid me.
