Produce plastic mats for the construction industry. Maintain the hydraulic systems and water systems are working properly for the 1,400 ton presses. Insuring the electrical system is functioning properly for the plastic extrusion system, verifying all heat zones and heater bands are at specification for proper plastic melt. Electrical troubleshooting 24 volt to 480 volts, relays contactors, limit switches,prox switch’s,motors ect. Welding Machine melts 2 halves of the mats and melts together. Verify vacuums are working properly, verify hot plate is at temperature for proper welding. Verify trimming robot is trimming to specifications and stacking the mats well for the fork truck to unload the machine safely.

Trouble shoot various machinery; lathes, wheel bore, ovens, vacuum dyer, industrial washers, air compressors, pumps, hydraulics, conveyors, photo eyes, induction heaters, electric an pneumatic hoists, braziers.
