  Responsibilities in this role included: detailed scribe work, surgery preparation, obtaining HPI as well as medical history, injections (epidermal/subdermal lidocaine, intramuscular Kenalog, botox preparation), and relaying pertinent information to provider. I also have had training in preparing patients for cosmetic laser treatments. Occasionally, I helped office staff with triage and insurance information entry.
