  I currently work both front of house and back house supervising a team between 4-8 people. I make sure that the customers are enjoying there visit and making sure the staff are happy and are doing there jobs to the highest standards. I train the staff on anything that i see they need training on or anything they wish to receive training on. I open up some mornings, paying the staff on the computer, doing any necessary counts or ordering. I also count. The safe and float the tills up for the day. I sometimes also lock the business at night making sure all security checks are done, making sure the place is left to a good standard and all due diligence is correctly filled in. Finally I also do other jobs like monthly stock checks both food and drink, line cleaning, deep cleaning the kitchen and general maintenance.
