In my role I complete the Project/Construction Management, Supervision and Contract Administration on a variety of Land Development and Commercial projects including Industrial and Residential Subdivisions, Car Parks, Signalised Intersections, Road Projects, Wetlands, Water, Sewer, Main Drainage and Electrical reticulation projects. On a daily basis I am involved with the preparation of Schedules, Tender and Contract Documents and assessing Tender Submissions. I liaise with developers, contractors and authorities whilst also attending site meetings, inspections and testing. In this role I also complete the reviewing, assessing and certifying of progress payment claims including variation requests.
