Responsible for developing and managing the critical relationships between 4 service managers , 55 skilled tradesmen of the Engineering workshop and the key stakeholders of a Logistics organisation of over 600 staff.Project managed numerous events and training packages including a three day event for over 3000 people. This project required negotiating and coordinating with multiple agencies across the UK. The project came in under budget (Similar event in the past had made a loss) the money saved, was used to pay for a local community engagement event. Conducted a LEAN analysis in order to facilitate changes to a wasteful equipment issue and exchange process. This resulted in an annual saving to the organisation of over £30,000.Designed, implemented and managed the induction process for all new employees. This started with a comprehensive briefing pack sent once accepted for a role, culminating in a workplace induction programme which ensured full compliance for new employees. As well as course design, this involved co-ordinating staff and resources from across the organisation.Negotiated a re-alignment of the corporate strategy in relation to non core deliverables of the workshop. This re-alignment increased core productivity across the whole organisation.Reviewed and streamlined various internal processes, resulting in increased output and improved compliance with the equipment care auditing regime for service managers and junior managers.
