As a Client Advisor in Louis Vuitton, above all else I ensure that from the moment a client enters the store to when they leave, that they are made to feel treasured by the company. Constantly building up a loyal client base is of utmost importance within my role. On a day to day basis I : -Deal with client objections and special requests -Take items in for repair -Outreach to prospective and core clients via email and phone -Conduct our selling ceremony with clients -Hold a daily moment during the morning brief in which I provide training on a specific area or topic -Personalise leather goods -Maintain or revamp the VM in store -Catch up with new starters to assess their progress -Invite clients to upcoming events Show less

Reiss is a high-end retailer that celebrates impeccable quality which is bolstered by fantastic customer service. My role transitions from sales assistant to personal shopper as I ensure that I meet the individual needs of every customer that enters the store. Excellent product knowledge and an awareness of tailoring are key in this position. I am also responsible for the opening and closing procedures of the concession, ensuring standards are impeccable and that all stock is replenished as required. Show less

Joules is a store which thrives on the teams upkeep of impeccable standards in terms of both the store's appearance and quality of customer care. Personally, I was held accountable for delivering the best possible experience for each and every customer which entered the store. I did this by ensuring my appearance was professional and in line with company standards, keeping and updating my wealth of knowledge about the products, and most importantly building relationships with customers to allow them to feel comfortable while visiting the store. In my second week, I received 95% in a mystery shopper assignment, and then went on to receive a 100% in a later assignment. I was also responsible for the training of several new members of staff throughout my time at Joules. I was very aware of how important it is that company standards and expectations are explained to new starts so that they have the best possible chance at making a positive contribution to the team. I was often responsible for the visual merchandising within the store. This was a particularly important job as it became my duty to ensure that products were displayed in a way that was attractive to customers. I regularly maintained the standards of the stockroom, including organising and putting away large deliveries, stock checks and serving as runner for both floors. Show less
