Created a flowing Quality system that incorporates an inspection process that secures the best outcome for the flow of quality and or rejected parts. from Day 1 of my first report for rejection rate, we have improved this number over 3500 percent to a solid foundation of great vendors and inspectors, which also allowed us to secure the best available parts for our technicians in the field as well as our valuable customers. Confidence for our parts has grown over the years as a net result which further enhances sales and helps to promote a higher efficiency for our technicians which allows them more time to focus on the customers needs for a higher R.O.I. for more potential sales. As of 2020 MHIA invested into some great new technology, a CMM which runs Calypso software, this unit is proving itself capable to establish yet further, the lead quality control has taken to further enhance the experience for technicians and customers alike to make sure only the best products are passed through our rigorous quality system. But this has not been done solely by myself, it is through collaboration were we all succeed, this is in the signature of every email, I believe Team work is the key to success, but team work comes at a price as everyone has to do their duties as we win / lose as a team, and I do not like losing. success is measured by your weakest link, people do not remember all of the good you do, as your only as good as your last mistake. Integrity, Strict guidelines, adherence to specifications, follow adopted standards, and team work are the ingredients I have always chosen to work by and the most important of these has always been Integrity, without integrity none of this would be possible. Teamwork like an ISO system will not work unless the entire company is on board from the President through the entire staff network, and I can say that Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America has been fully supportive of Quality to enable us to improve our products line.
