  I took up working part-time at Sainsbury's during my A-Level studies, and am conscious that I am often the first staff member that customers come into contact with, so I always look to focus on the customer to ensure that I provide them with an easy and enjoyable shopping experience. I greet customers with a friendly smile and a pleasant word, and provide an excellent customer service by listening to their needs and giving them assistance when needed. I believe that my hard work, good communication skills and my courteous, helpful manner ensures that this happens, while remaining determined to respond energetically to any customer or colleague feedback I may receive.Also my versatility means that I not only work on the checkouts, but as I enjoy working alongside new technology, have seen me further trained on the self-checkout, while I have also done some shelf stacking.
