  I joined Hybrid Connections to begin a new challenge away from the health care sector. My professional career has been largely based within customer/patient facing care roles where the primary focus is delivering the best service possible. As Hybrid Connections is a small independent business there is a lot of emphasis on customer experience and attention to detail, and shares the same values that I have always implemented.
