Budget Management, Bookkeeping & Payroll: • Bookkeeping: In partnership with CPA, organize and manage bookkeeping and financial reporting of Twiddle Music, LLC and Jam Flow; input data into QuickBooks; generate financial reports to prepare annual and other required periodic legal entity federal and state tax returns. • Financial Monitoring: Provide vigilant monitoring, management and forecasting of cash flow, expenses and bank accounts. • Payroll: Payment of invoices, running payroll, review, and approval of expenses both for Jam Flow Twiddle Music LLC. • Insurance: Review and signoff on all policies for both organizations including Health, Workers’ Compensation, Auto, Liability, and Equipment.
