  - In-Charge in commissioning of RBS3206E Testing and Troubleshooting of RBS node B hardware if RNC personnel monitored an alarm that can be rectified by visiting at the site.- Perform single site verification (SSV) functionality test and physical installation audit prior to the PAT and FAT.- Responsible for the preliminary acceptance up to the final acceptance.- Attend meeting to clarify/solve issues and give some proposal on how to speed up the implementation.- Direct, supervise and motivates technical support to ensure achievement of the company objectives and the timely delivery of our services to our clients- Installation and Integration of Ericsson RBS 3206 (Node B) with full coordination with the Radio Network Control (RNC).- Downloads individual site scripts from the Ericsson Site Handler and upload to the RBS 3206 with the use of the Ethernet connectivity and Hyper Terminal.- Do WCDMA allocated E1’s testing with the Radio Network Control (RNC Personnel).- Do sectoral antennas sweep test for documentation purposes.- Do sectoral antennas call test base on given scrambling code.- Perform installation of Software package (P6.1.3) on site using BISON FTP SERVER.- Perform Migration of transmission from ATM to IP on site. - Perform Upgrading 2xE1 to 4xE1.- Perform re-homing of certain RBS from originated RNC to another RNC.- Perform loading license on site using bullet proof.
