Design, sales and project management for low voltage and electrical contractor. – In 2012 designed, sold and project managed seven multi-family low voltage projects, complete commercial A/V, network systems and other low voltage solutions for a total of $435,000 in sales. – Turned a cold call opportunity into a $900,000 sale for the company. Package included an RTI automated control system with three in wall touch screens and seven RF remotes, Lutron automated shades and lighting control throughout the residence. Single sale for $280k. – Bid and sold a 7,000 sq ft residential upgrade from four alternative control systems to one complete Crestron solution with ADMS central media server. Total sale $65,000. – Attended CEDIA Expo for years 2009, 2010, 2012; ADI Expo 2010, 2012; numerous Lutron trainings and maintained good relationships with manufacturer reps on a monthly basis. – 2008/2012 achieved Million Dollar sales award from company owners for exceeding personal sales goal over 1 million in sales during the calendar year. – Personally groomed by Pro-Comm owner for sales management and leadership. – Researched and created the opportunity for the company to introduce and sell network solutions for commercial applications. – Used innovative sales ideas to introduce and sell maintenance contracts with re-occurring revenue. – Total of $5 million in sales in last 6 years.
