As Campus Manager of the swim school I was in charge of all day to day operations. I oversaw 15-20 employees, managed our schedule, kept polices placed by owners, and updated all equipment from computers, swim gear, and locker rooms. I would also teach swim lessons since I had 14 years experience as a competitive swimmer. Our job was teaching swim lessons to age groups from 1 years old to 17 years old. As a GSTL I was in charge of overseeing the front end operations day to day. This including cashiers, food court, and customer service. Being in this position I had oversight over 100+ employees throughout the day. Maintaining short lines, ensuring guests were getting proper price matching, restocking registers with money and other equipment. I worked at Apple Retail for three years. In which I had three roles starting with a Sales Specialist working directly with customers on purchasing Apple product. The next position I held was a Back Of House specialist where I was in charge of running product to and from our sales and Genius Bar team. Also receiving, logging, and tracking all product in and out of the store. My third role in the store was Family Room Specialist where I was the in between of a “Genius” and a “Creative” role. We helped at the Genius Bar with technical appointments helping troubleshoot and repair product. As a creative we were in charge of teaching and educating customers in the software and hardware usage of their product. Show less
