Daniel was responsible for me initially going into an engineering role. For a number of years he was my first point of contact for any required knowledge in my field of manufacturing. He consistently supported me and mentored me through the initial years of my engineering career. Daniel is an extremely knowledgeable, thorough and dedicated leader and engineer who does not shy away from mucking in with his subordinates in ensuring requirements are achieved. Daniel continues to be a point of contact for me in my career and is still always there to help. Daniel always does what it takes to ensure a job is completed and to the highest standard. Daniel is a huge asset to any business and I could not recommend him any higher.

First of all, I would like to say I am grateful for being under is leadership as a Process Engineer. Within a year working with him, I feel like I gained 3 years worth of experience. From project management to technical engineering knowledge. Always had the positive thinking and problem solving that always kept the team floating. His motivation kept me taking on new challenges and if I got stuck on a problem, he would always find a solution to it. It was a pleasure and I hope on working with him again in the future.
