  Within this position I was primarily responsible for planning, budgeting and creating full menus which are delivered to customers in a strict time-scale. In addition, I manage the ordering of stock whilst ensuring minimum wastage and continue to maintain high levels of cleanliness throughout the work environment. I am responsible for ensuring all records are up to date and invoices are correct whilst tasks are delegated to the team fairly throughout the day.
