DLT Talents is an 18-week mentoring program designed to assist young women in onboarding the blockchain ecosystem. As blockchain and DLT are still a male-dominated field, with more than 90% of the people engaged being male, change is needed. This change is what we want to achieve through creating equitability for women in technology by providing effective and sustainable support for female leaders who pursue a career in the blockchain ecosystem.
