The "second" also serves as the "backstage manager", liaising with actors, putting cast through make-up and wardrobe, which relieves the "first" of these duties. I also supervise the third assistant director, assistant director trainees/Pa's, and the setting/booking of supporting artists creating strong key relationships and lines of communication throughout the production. A live recording of a trilogy of albums which will be available for blue ray purchase and online streaming in the fall of 2020.for this role I:Secured and negotiated contracts for all crew and artists alike.Obtained a budget and worked in the means of that budget (£35000)Secured and negotiated studio hire and equipment rentaldevised a shooting schedule over a 3 day period.Ran and made sure the schedule was completed within the time frame as a 1st assistant directorco-edited footage using Final Cut Pro
