Shawn Reed, PMP®

Daniel was a key sponsor for our technical process integrations in New Product Development and Project Management. With his sponsorship we were able to implement an entire overhaul to how projects were initiated and managed. His ability to communicate between technical and creative teams with ease was pivotal to meeting our goals.

Daniel is a great team-builder and creative leader, and brings a wide variety of experiences and interests to the world of product development. He has provided insight on everything from mechanism design, prototyping challenges, design sketching, overseas manufacturing, patent law, team dynamics, you name it, With perhaps a bit of a punk-rock disdain for maintaining the status quo, Daniel emphasized continuous improvement across the development process and individual growth across his team. I was a member of the Creative Development Center under Daniel's leadership and appreciated how he would take the time to make sure our whole team was informed of and understood the latest corporate financials, goals, budgets, planning, etc. Of all departments or teams within the company, ours felt the most close-knit and collaborative. I highly recommend Daniel for any leadership position valuing creativity, management of diverse teams, depth and breadth of manufacturing experience, and continuous improvement.
