The organisation is a member of the Collaborative Touring Network and my role is supporting the festival programme of world class touring theatre, dance and new works in venues across Gloucester in a technical capacity. Role involves building of performance spaces in nontraditional theatre spaces across Gloucester, liaising with the technical teams of touring companies in handling technical setup and execution of their performance. Alongside, coordinating with members of Strike A Light staff and volunteers to ensure that the days performance is running on time and to schedule in order to guarantee a successful event.
