Downsizing Tracheostomies at Bedside and Performing Bedside Bronchoscopies.• Proficient in management of ventricular assist devices including Thoratec, Heartmate, Heartmate II, Centrimag, Total Artificial Heart, and Heartware• Proficient in management IABP, ECMO circuit, CRRT, and External Pacemakers via epicardial wires• Primary Preceptor for New Hire Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and students• Created Orientation Manual and Drive for New Hire Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and Fellows • Helped Develop Cardiac Surgery Boot Camp for Critical Care Providers, which was used to help Prince Georges Hospital open their Cardiac Surgery Program. This consisted of a critical care lecture series as well as clinical mentorship at their facility for their first 100 cases
