Dan was a vital part of our Salesforce project. Together we managed Bradken's first successful CRM implementation. Salesforce was completely unknown to Bradken and Dan hit the ground running, educating the sales team and internal project team on the benefits and functionality before the roll out. This was extremely important for change management, especially as there had already been a failed CRM implementation. Dan travelled to 7 countries, rolling out face 2 face training for 150 sales members. Our Salesforce implementation would not have been so successful without Dan and his initiative, salesforce knowledge and training skills. Highly recommend Dan for any Salesforce project.
