Robert Emma, AIA, LEED AP

We had the good fortune of working with Dan in his role as Project Manager for the New Haven School Construction Program. Dan was instrumental in managing and nurturing the right environment to allow us to do our jobs most effectively. He has an exceptionally wide range of skills, unquestionable dedication, and a thorough understanding of the process from the vantage point of every stakeholder. As a result he negotiates complex issues effortlessly and with a quiet confidence. Dan is the consummate professional, a clear communicator, and a genuine pleasure to work with. He would be a strong asset to any organization.

Our firm has worked with Dan for over 14 years in his role as Project Manager for the New Haven School Construction Program. He was instrumental in creating the successful process which resulted in almost every school being re-built or replaced. These Projects had numerous dimensions which Dan had to navigate for them to succeed - including users, city representatives, neighborhoods, state requirements, building officials and of course the students. I know Dan to be an excellent manager, capable of most any task in his field.
